#TeamElite decided to do a PT test on clients AND fighters. The current plank record holder for @elitechampionsfitness is none other than @THEBXB!!! And this was done after excruciating testing on Push-Ups, Squats, Pull-Ups and Sit-Ups. THEN AFTER THIS she ran a 5 minute and 31 second mile. This is #thebxb when she has competitors!
