I decided that I would not give up despite whatever I have my babies looking at me. They were the reason I stared this journey I wanted to be healthy to live to enjoy 😉 life with them! Despite the smile 😊 in my first picture I hid a lot of anger, pain, negativity. So unhappy with myself physically and emotionally. My health also wasn’t the best! I have learned to love myself through my journey and also become so much healthier! Today I can truly say my quality of life has changed! My mindset has changed, Im not just existing I’m living life once more able to run, play and enjoy 😉 my babies!
