What’s actually unfortunate is that the OC blogs that do get the most notice and people actually respect their rules are the OC blogs with art of their OC(s), and not the ones without.

Well I assume Adam's blade is made of burn dust, since I believe Monty himself said "things that glow are dust" and his blade glowed red after being shot by Blake. As for what that means, well some people have theorized that due to the relationship between aura and dust, dust can go through aura. This might explain how Adam was able to stab Blake and later she was able to use her semblance. It might also be the glow on Yang's arm. She still had aura that was trying to heal the wound.

Oh, I missed it when it glowed. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was made with dust though. That’d be really cool and would surely make him a difficult opponent, especially if dust does cut through aura. I’d like to see him and Cinder fight against more characters - both their weapons seem pretty tough to fight against, and with Cinder having the maiden’s powers, that’d be some fight.

See, I like to think that Yang has to actually choose when to exert the power she's built up with her semblance, thus why it triggers when she gets mad. She just want to punch their stupid face in, so she just sets off the power stored up and uses it. Which usually goes well for her since she doesn't get mad until she's losing, but both Neo and Neon have pushed her buttons in ways that almost went bad.

That’s a good way to think of it, I like it. It also seems most accurate and I can easily see Yang using it that way.
