BLOG IS OFFICIALLY DEAD

I'm sure this is obvious by now, but I still just want to come on and leave one last post. This blog is dead, and has been for a long time now. Hell, I wasn't even here for the last volume. And the blog hasn't been receiving headcanons mostly due to the inactivity. So even if I decided to stick around and keep the blog active, it probably wouldn't do well. The reason why I am now leaving is mostly because I'm not very interested in RWBY anymore. I still love the show, the characters, and the overall idea of the series, but as of now I'm not feeling the story, writing, or the most recent volume at all - even some of the characters I originally liked so much before. So without my original passion for the show, I'm not as eager to run a blog for it. Also, I'm still experiencing troubles with my computer - super slow, pop ups - and it's a pain to even try to get to a Web page. I couldn't really work on or update the blog even if I wanted to. At least not without hours of effort - and I don't have that kind of time these days. I'd also just like to thank everyone, for following my little blog and sharing your ideas. It was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed seeing what you guys came up with, as well as being able to talk to you all. I'll be leaving the blog up as an archive. Headcanons will no longer be posted. Thank you~

I believe Salem, like the old man in the story of the maidens, can use magic cause that's why she is able to control Grimm. I believe this cause she gave Cinder the bug that extracted Amber’s power and since the maidens have magic and once Cinder got the powers she was able to what seemed like control or communicate with the Grimm dragon. Plus Salem is also the name where they held the Boston witch trials and witches are females who had contort over the arcane.

Adam and Blake

For the finale of Volume 3 when Blake and Adam meet Adam sorta acts like he liked Blake for more than just a friend, that or they were more like siblings but the former is more implied with how Adam speaks to Blake. At least that’s what it seems like to me.

I headcanon that Neo was an orphan / living on the streets after an accident or event that damaged her voice. One day Roman found her on the streets and recruited her to help him.

Penny called the man that built her her father. But what if he really is and he took his daughter’s soul and crammed it into a machine.

Maybe, the maidens of summer and winter could have something to do with Summer Rose and Winter Shcnee. Summer’s death could have something to do with her powers and other people wanting to posses it, hence why she didn’t want Ruby to become a huntress because she was scared that it might happen to her, too. 

If Weiss and Winter were close as children, then Winter may have trusted Weiss with knowing that she had the powers of the maiden of winter. If someone grew suspicious of Winter, then they may have tried to get the information from Weiss, and they could have hurt her in the process, giving her her scar.

Lots of people think Qrow is Ruby's dad but... I actually think he's Ren's dad. When we first see Qrow he's watching JNPR's tourney match, and it really struck me how similar they are in appearance. Plus, Nora said her and Ren's families aren't around, so it makes sense that Ren wouldn't know him. Especially if he was little or invitro when Qrow left. Heck, maybe Qrow didn't even know. He is drunk all the time.

Jaune's Semblance is based around defense, since he is obviously lacking in that department. He has shown a bit of it when punched by Cardin, since he glowed, but was unaffected. Also, his fighting style is very offensive based, shown by the fact he doesn't use his shield too often to block hits. It could also boost his strength a bit, even though it isn't that needed. He did cut off a Ursa's head in one slash, as well as kill one quite quickly all by himself.

The reason Nora is Port’s favorite student is because when he gets cut off from the bell (which is a lot) she stays after to listen to the end of it. They exchange stories a lot.

LGBT Headcanons for JNPR: Pyrrha is demisexual, Nora is a panromantic demisexual, and Lie Ren is a greyromantic grey-asexual.

Cinder was related and very close to a previous maiden, but someone else came and became closer to the maiden. The maiden's last thoughts were of the other person, and not Cinder, so now she tries to get the power she should have gotten long ago. This would explain why she replies yes with tears in her eyes when asked "Do you believe in destiny?" and if the maiden was an evil stepsister, it could support Cinder's Cinderella story.

I think Adam’s sword can absorb most kinds of energy including aura. That’s how he was able to cut Yang’s arm off. Because normally her aura can protect her from being smacked through a highway support column. His sword drained the aura in her arm and cut it off.

Jaune and Pyrrha look a lot like Roman's parents. Likewise, Jaune and Pyrrha's children would look a lot like Roman.
