2 min clip from my sesh yesterday. It consisted of about 30 minutes of rotational core training followed by 30 minutes of flow movement using banded resistance. 🐧🐸 A lot of twist patterns for the core and then experimentation with 3 bands and a caribeaner. I wrapped the band around my hip to provide feedback and resistance while moving the body through all planes of motion. 🐒🐆 A little sprawling, some animal flow, change of direction, and yoga, also including my drunken rhino two step and bottom squat pop lock and drop in the second vid - not sure what to call it yet but I love it - good active recovery pace for cardio and amazing way to mobilize and open up the whole body. @ramon_sodano_34 this is my replacement for our one on one basketball sessions 🤣🦏 The band also realllyyy helped loosen up my hips, especially the more times I rotated it around the waist.
