Grain free, sugar free, high protein peanut butter cookies 🍪 _ 2 scoops @npl_prolifestyle vanilla doughnut diet pro 3/4 cup almond flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1 egg 1 cup smooth @ohmega_nutbutters butter Pinch of salt 1/4 cup xylitol syrup _ 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. 2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms. 3. Roll into balls, place them on a lined baking sheet and gently press down. 4. Use a fork to criss cross your cookies. 5. Place into the oven for 10 -12 minutes (check them halfway through and again at 10 minutes: they burn easily). 6. Let them cool for 15 minutes so they can harden slightly. 7.
