This order will incentivize companies to invest in black neighborhoods bringing jobs & opportunity. It also gives business loans to help start ups in minority communities. Trump is hard at work helping average Americans lift themselves out of decades of poverty & dependency brought on by Democrat policies. He is bringing hope to communities that are dilapidated & falling apart under Democrat control.
