★ Nekoma with anxious manager who has trust issues and trouble making friends

Hello! Can I request for manager HCS or fic? Anything you prefer! Where the manager has such extreme trust issues that they're even scared of making new friends etc?

When you first met the guys from Nekoma you were terrified. You didn't think they were bad people but you just felt like you should be on guard. You actually decided to be a manager mainly because you wanted to overcome your fears and insecurities and to socialise more.
Kuroo was the first one to approach you (very bad idea). Once Yaku noticed your reaction he stepped in and introduced everyone to you. They all liked you and instantly had the urge to protect you.
You realised that they were very nice and sweet and every single one of them was more than happy for you to be their manager (especially Yamamoto).
Speaking of Yamamoto he would do everything to protect you. If he catches you sneezing he will immediately buy you medicine and bring you tea. He even called Tanaka to tell him that Nekoma has a gorgeous new manager.
Kuroo is very cool. He is like a big brother to you. Once you told him you wanted to make friends but didn't know how to he took this very seriously. He introduces you to many people and invites you to parties. Kuroo knows how to deal with people like you since he has been best friends with Kenma for a very long time.
Kenma really likes you. He can relate to you and you can relate to him. You always have something to talk about. Kuroo likes how chatty you both are when you're with each other. Kenma always invites you during lunch because he doesn't want you to eat alone.
Lev is very awkward and clumsy at times. He somehow manages to scare you even more saying the weirdest things. Thanks to Yaku and Kenma he finally found a way to talk to you without sounding like a creep. He's very gentle and sweet to you. He helps you with your duties as a manager and knows how to make you laugh. Because of him you learnt that first impressions are not always right and you should give others a second chance.
Yaku is very careful around you. He's very sweet and nice and always ready to come for a rescue. He's very good at sensing your mood. If you feel uncomfortable he will immediately notice it. He's almost like a mother to you.
Kai is very calm and always smiling at you. You feel such warmth inside you every time you talk to him. He can easily calm you down if you feel anxious. He knew how to deal with Yaku and Kuroo so being with you isn't very hard for him. He's a natural good boy.
Inuoka is optimistic and energetic. He is your first friend in Nekoma. He is full of energy but not chaotic enough to scare you. You both have a lot of fun together. He helps you come out of you shell and go out more. You like going to cafes together and drink milkshakes. After that you play arcades. Thanks to him you became more relaxed.
Shibayama is as anxious as you are. He had difficulties talking to you in the beginning because he was too afraid he might say something inappropriate. You were actually the one who helped him calm down and take a breath. You are great buddies because you are each other's biggest supporter. You cheer for him when he gets on the court and he cheers for you every time you do something that usually scares you. You both try your best!
Teshiro and Fukunaga are very quiet and collected themselves. Sometimes you won’t even notice them because all you can hear is Lev talking and Kuroo's laughter but you know they're there. They're adorable! Fukunaga even sticks notes here and there for you to let you know that you've done an amazing job!

Teshiro always has candy with him and offers you every time he sees you. You never decline his offer and this makes him very happy!
In other words the boys from Nekoma are all amazing, nice and caring! They are very respectful and won't do anything to hurt you! They can't be more thankful to have you as their manager!
