Back in business on a Friday and got my niece back! 💃🏼 Been out to see a couple of clients this morning with her; (well she has no idea, she was asleep in the car) She’s fed,watered, changed; and I’m now sitting down to have my first product. Decided to have a wee change from my usual first product of soup and mix it up with a wee bar! Also a bar I wouldn’t normally reach for, but I’m actually really enjoying! Chocolatey, tasty, and peanutty!! 1/4 of my daily required nutrition of vitamins and minerals too!! I’ll grab the other 3/4 with the other products I have later today! Awesome in August starts now. . As part of #teamslimstar it was decided that we all needed a challenge to get back to feeling good about ourselves and to stop feeling bleugh. So this month we are fully on plan and going to give us our all. . I've found it hard with everything that's happened, lockdown, shielding and being told I'm getting made redundant soon from my job of 16 uears. I know excuses, bit I'm a stress and comfort eater and while eating crap makes me feel good in the short term, it doesn't make me feel good over all. .
