Self Comparing

Comparing yourself, sometimes we  do this and it's disempowering,it's you saying,I'm not good enough,or I'm unworthy ,when we think or feel like you're prettier,you  are more and I am less,there will always be someone,prettier, bigger or best at whatever than you are,no one is you,in the whole world, there's only one of you, see and know how beautiful

and unique you are,you have different qualities,gifts and talents,see those and so many that you do better and very good at,fall in love with yourself and all that you are,do you,focus on you,do everything that you love,do it for you,no more comparing yourself to others,you are beautifuly unique in your own way,don't give your power away, you are so much more and you are enough just as you are.

Truth and power

What is power or powerful to you? What it means to me in my own learning in it, is to be in your truth, standing in your truth in your own beliefs. We have our own beliefs; no matter what, we all have different viewpoints. Everything, whatever resonates with you, is standing in your power, owning all your beliefs, even if no one believes in it in you. A lot will tell you it's wrong, it's supposed to be this way or that way; that's their truth. You don't have to believe in it if it doesn't resonate. Your truth is something no one can take away from you. So standing in your power is not, "I'm more powerful than you. I'm going to show you by going to war with you in a way. Be anything; you don't need to explain yourself, be argumentative with you, or need validation for whatever. You don't need to be right all the time; everyone just wants to win. Up, somebody, the matching of our egos goes on and on. You're wrong; I'm right. If we have respect, everything would be different. We all have different ways and beliefs. Some of us tie our shoes differently. Power is walking away from people and situations. Power is me admitting fault and mistakes, taking accountability for your own actions, and also saying, I don't believe in that, but I respect that,cool. Power is speaking up when your voice shakes, power is feeling the fear and doing it anyway, conquering your fears, putting your swords and shield down, letting others that try to pull you down to their level be, and walking away knowing that the battle is theirs, not yours, and also accepting yourself, every fiber of your being, and loving yourself, so be in your power, be unapologetically you, and f***ing shine.
