Hay and honey, roast malty with salt and bitter sweet then smoke aroma. Unexpectedly salty flavor. With smooth mouthfeel, ester yellow fruits and again salty malty flavor. Earthy and bitter sweet remains.

Teaninich 1974 43 year old Nogomi Series The Whisky Agency for Shinanoya 10th Anniversary. I was too drunk to leave any detailed comment as this is after Chichibu Distilery Tour, such fantastic dram it was !

Teaninich 10 year old UD Flora & Fauna. Very good Flora & Fauna Traninich. Rich baked apple and pear, potpourri, vanilla with cinnamon and hint of beeswax aroma. Rich fruits fragrance. With sour sweet mouthfeel, dark cherry, plum, baked apple, malty sweet flavor with orange peel bitterness and rich cinnamon, grassy, woodines. Ripe fruits lingering with grass. Fine mature malt for 10 year aging !

Teaninich 1973 43 year old Perfect Dram The Whisky Agency 'Art Nouveau Ladies'. Thick and bold fruits stuffed Teaninich ! Dark chocolate, berry, raisin, caramel, apricot with hint of wood aroma. With oily mouthfeel, mellow stuffed fruits such as apricot and plum flavor with cinnamon and ginger, wood flavor. This mouthfeel and flavor are as if it is biting whole ripe juicy apricot and plum in mouth fully - quite filing fruits flavor. Viscous fruits with tannin lingering. Totally mellow and even bewitching Teaninich !
