So I haven't worn this jacket since late last winter, and that was about 60, 70 pounds ago. It, uh...it's a bit big on me now.

Anyone know how to deal with dysphoria when you have friends who are on T? I want to be supportive but I'm having a hard time staying positive about my own body. I just hear how much higher my voice is, how much narrower my waist is, how much wider my hips are, etc., and the constant comparison is really exhausting.

I am so much more self conscious now and I don't know what to do.

Any advice would help

i used to get rly bad nightmares pretty often n my now boyfriend told me to call him if i woke up in the middle of the night so i wouldn't be alone n i did n he picked up every single time n never got tired of me now we've been dating for almost three yrs n i plan on putting a ring on it so dont tell me long distance relationships aren't real
