Teas are Great for Twisting/Retwisting Natural Hair

Teas are very good to twist/retwist hair. I usually make a tea rinse and put it in a spray bottle. And as I'm twisting my hair, I spray it, then seal with Shea butter, Hemp seed butter, Brazil nut butter, or one of my whipped concoctions.

Herbal teas are one of the best ways to strengthen hair and add shine.

So... Today is a wash day... Da Da dummmmmmm!

Starting off with a honey and coconut milk pre poo and adding some olive oil and avacado oil only

Than ill wash my curls with ors olive oil aloe creamy shampoo (what a mouth full)

Than Im concocting a green tea and mint rinse with a bit of ACV ( lol idk how this is gonna smell hopefully good!)

than Ill deep condition with a concoction that I will upload photos of... im tellin ya Im a chemist! lol when it comes to my hair

and finally I love my hello hyration condish so thats what ill use as my final step to my marvalous wash day! 

and am going to try a new up do with flat twist wish me luck!
