Drawing is a scene from my new Chain meets another Link fic! I can’t believe I wrote another one-shot so quickly after the last one. This one has 10,000 words! I also tried to follow a tutorial for the fire, but I think I didn’t do it right. Also references are a godsend.

What does the chain think of tears?

the chain doesnt really know,,, anything abt tears until after totk and when lost has already made an Actual friendship with tears (probably this could be subject to change) before they meet tears, they have a betting pool on "what lost and his zelda's dynamic is like" with extremely varying answers due to a lack of information. twilight sits this one out (if i say that the chain doesnt know something i should say everyone in the chain minus twilight) after though? the best way i can put it is,,, Intense. lost and tears' dynamic can flip on it's head extremely fast. like they can be telling eachother death threats over THE stupidest shit but also be doing eachothers hair or smthn. tears lets lost be himself in a way thats EXTREMELY rare to see, and the chain appreciates her for that. + shes generally very chaotic and allows the chain be more casual with her compared to other zeldas since she actively pushes the princess title away. AND she has an adventure of her own under her belt so she can help out on their adventure when the chain is nearby! generally, very positive. (four is intrigued with her studies, wind and hyrule for her adventure, wars with her fighting style, legend for her OTHER abilities (ie raurus abilites + sages) + her general chaotic mouthiness. fuck diplomacy just curse someone out, sky from her being able to understand and wield the master sword and the general implications of that, n twi & time for her ability to let lost exist as link)
