According to Variety the song in this very first snippet is a remixed version of her famous "Crazy in love" which is one of the songs mentioned on the book.
this is what variety, says: "The short clip, which features a slow, darker remix of the pop star’s “Crazy in Love,” teases only the hands and legs of Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey and Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele, as well as a shot of Dornan staring out into the city."
