Hey guys! For this three day weekend I'll spend it studying for my anatomy and physiology lab exam!! Its also really snowy and 30°F when it was like 50°F all week, so it's too cold to go outside! We had our lecture exam on Thursday and I got a 92%!! I didn't really study because it was mostly chemistry and stuff I learned in AP Biology so I was a little worried when I didn't think the test was that bad and a lot of people thought it was the hardest test they had ever taken. I'll make sure to actually study for my next lecture exam :) I love having physical flashcards over something like quizlet even though it might take me hours to make real flashcards!!

I just started the semester and I’m already super stressed about one class and considering dropping it. 

So like I’m a freshman, and I want to minor in statistics because I love it, but I’m so scared of this stats class. It’s a senior level class and I was on a waitlist to get on it and I was so excited for it, but homework is 40% of my grade, and the midterm is 30% and the final is 30%. How am I supposed to know if I’m doing well in the class if we don’t take any tests?

Also the deadline to drop without the professor signing is the 27th and he’s already said he won’t sign our class drop paperwork because he’s not getting paid extra to teach a class that wasn’t supposed to happen. 

I’m honestly so freaked out, I’m taking 21 credits and while not all the classes are hard they involve a lot of commitment.

One of my professors has their students buy a textbook that's a custom edition for our school and it costs $370. Since it's custom we can't rent it and the school doesn't buy back used custom editions, so we're forced to pay $370. I'm really pissed because like all my other textbooks I can rent for like $40.

I find myself looking at posts and being like “wow! I bet my followers will benefit from this!” and reblogging it without looking at the content. I judge posts by its cover. Sometimes I go back and realize that that post would have also helped me.

Finals week is coming up! Monday I have a exam for my microbiology class, it's not a cumulative exam, so that's really helpful. Tuesday my statistics take home final is due. Wednesday I have a research paper due. I really should start that. Thursday I have my chemistry final. Hopefully I do really well on that. And Saturday I go back home!!

Dead week and a hella stressful presentation today made me so exhausted that I haven't even started studying. Literally didn't get out of bed after my presentation.
