You know what trope I hate? when the tech person whose soul job is the tech tech and because the hero has to be doing something they have them barking orders to the tech person. 

It's especially annoying on Arrow because Felicity's one job is her skill with computers but as as soon as she becomes part of team Arrow she is just blindly obeying his orders, orders that should be blindingly obvious to Felicity "Hack into the main frame, counter their hackers, find out about this" 

I keep waiting for Felicity to say "Shut up, I'm doing my job but it's hard to concentrate with your yammering, I don't tell you who to shoot so don't condescend that you are at anywhere near my level of computer skill"
