A very tired scenic designer ~
I’ve been in this theatre for eleven hours today. It’s been a wild wild time today. Like holy shit.
It’s 3pm and we’ve been here since 9:30am. I think we’re still pretty early in on Act 1, but so far nothing has gone wrong so I’ve just been sitting backstage doing hw, which is nice.

Today was the second day of tech and it was a long ass day but having friends to text totally helps. I learned a lot about light board and this shows pretty snazzy.
My favorite part was the huge cuddle puddle during tech notes with my two best gay friends. At least a half hour of spooning with Connor was just what I needed.
I’m also getting my thigh piece tomorrow and possibly something small as well, I couldn’t be more stoked <3
Headset Etiquette and Chain of Command should be learned before gradschool
I mean god fucking dammit. If the SM says to go wipe up a spill, the correct reply is "Got it" not "There's not enough for a puddle". Yes you are an SM grad, but you are so not in charge of this show. Also, everyone shut the fuck up during standbys... Seriously.. fuck...
