Everything You Need to Know About OrlandoiX: Festival FAQ
It’s finally here.
It will all come together at the Orange County Convention Center this weekend.
Before the event kicks off Friday night at Wall Street Plaza, the OrlandoiX team wants you to be prepped and ready to take on the five-day festival.
Doors Open
Doors and registration open at 9 a.m. Saturday through Monday, and Tuesday 8 a.m. Events, typically begin an hour after registration opens.
Picking Up Your Badge
If you’ve pre-registered, follow Orange County Convention Center signs to reach Hall F. In the atrium, approach the registration counters according to the first letter of your last name. Show your PRINTED TICKET and you will receive your badge.
Keep your badge close, because they are non-refundable and non-transferable, and lost badges will not be replaced.
You are welcome to purchase your badges day-of at our On-Site Registration counter. Only cards are accepted, no cash or checks.
If you are a member of the media or one of our speakers please approach the Speaker/Media Badge Pick Up counter to receive your badge.
If you were lucky enough to have grabbed our BOGO badges, they are redeemable under the purchasers last name.
Badge Transfers
If you've purchased a badge but are not able to attend, you can forward your ticket to another person, and they can bring the printed receipt, approach the Registration counter under the purchasers last name, and they can redeem it for a badge.
Directions & Parking
OrlandoiX will be held at the Orange County Convention Center, West Concourse, 9800 International Drive, Orlando, Florida, 32819. For driving directions on reaching the West Concourse, click here.
Parking for the festival is available at the Orange County Convention Center West Concourse at $15.00 a day. For more information regarding parking and costs, please click here.
