Improvements
Rewritten FAT support (generic FAT implementation for all FAT types, used by various file systems including the FAT file system itself) Improved FAT analysis for files without having to analyze the entire file system or perform a full scan Standalone FAT parsing is now part of the generic FAT implementation and therefore also available for GC MC and other similar file systems FAT file systems missing the MBR signature are now parsed (as seen on some Toshiba DVRs) Improved the display of the properties of various objects GameCube optical file systems no longer display an additional [SYSTEM] icon. Files can now be viewed as $Meta files The UDF file system (and its recovered variants) now provides $Meta files: $AVDP, $PVD, $LVD, .. ISO, Joliet and Rock Ridge file systems now provide $Meta files: $VD and $PathTable XFS filenames are now considered UTF8 instead of ANSI Partition information now shows as "Source" when cloning a partition (instead of only source disk information) Tracks, partitions, and sessions can now also have the "compressed" property set when, for example, they are part of a compressed image file Improved the ability to clone BitLocker encrypted drives that are currently locked by Windows (preferably also use Windows Disk Management to remove the drive letter first) Multiple *.bin, *.b01, *.b02 file naming support Command line parameter /EP: now supports comma separated list (no need to add /EP: to the switch) The /EP:NCD command line parameter can now be used to bypass the destination check dialog The /EP:NFS command line parameter can now be used to bypass the "Not enough free space" dialog The command line parameter /EF: now also supports /ef:mfs The command line parameter /EF: now also supports /ef:mac The command-line parameter /CI: now also supports /ci:d for on-demand completion Command line parameter /ET: now supports /et:mcb, /et:asn and /et:adb for extracting as MacBinary, Apple Single or Apple Double Improved MacBinary header creation during extraction MacBinary extraction is no longer a global setting for UDF, ISO/Joliet and NTFS, only for MFS and HFS(+) IsoBuster now replaces illegal filename characters (on Windows) when extracting from MFS and HFS(+) with exactly the same characters a Mac would use (for example, when saving to a Windows file system such as FAT32) Improved the file rename function for files with the same name, especially when the file name contains more dots than just the one at the end.
IsoBuster immediately cleans unused drive handles. Windows Auto-play doesn't work well with the handles open, so when IsoBuster was running and a CD was inserted, Windows, depending on system settings, immediately re-ejected the CD.
