I just watched The Flash S6 Ep11 where we meet Mirror!Iris for the first time… tell me why Mirror!Iris is so awesome and likable? And knowing that in the end they’re gonna figure it out and bring back the old Iris </3 WHY why make Iris better only to make her revert back to what she was before mirror!Iris 😭
Abuser!Bill Trope Criticism
Okay I don't have issues with sensible manipulation, but abuse is not okay!?
Like I get it, Bill Cipher is a demon and demons manipulate, but abuse is not okay and shouldn't be taken lightly, even in fanfics?? I'm just annoyed with this trope and despite loving this pair and wanting to read the wonderful fics and fanart it has, the abuse and over-manipulation is making me feel worse than I already do in my own life?
Abuse isn't okay, and shouldn't be glorified or excused just because the abuser happens to be a demon :(
