- Barry. He learned how to make them with Iris in elementary school and he’s kept it a secret (to keep from being bullied) until he started dating Caitlin when she saw one on instagram/pinterest and wanted one, and now it’s their thing.

Joe was a little uncertain at first because he worried about his daughter but after she assured that she was glad they found one another (and Iris had moved on, too), Joe was the most proud father. At their wedding, he walked Caitlin down the aisle.

Then, Killer Frost took over because Caitlin was absolutely terrified he wouldn’t like her back and she just ruined a friendship and made working together insanely awkward, and KF fled. Caitlin, however, isn’t all that into them because her parents never really used petnames so she hadn’t of thought of them to make important. Though, since knowing Barry, she starts to use “honey” and sometimes “babe” which she’s glad makes him happy.

- Barry will get her flowers and then cuddle with her and talk to her gently until Caitlin’s ready to open up about what’s making her upset. Caitlin will make Barry take a break (because if she doesn’t, he’ll drown himself in work) so he can mull through whatever it is and he can come to her whenever he needs to. And when they’re done, they get something to eat, or ice cream.

- Not really. The most they do in public is hold hands, and if they’re in front of friends and are comfortable, maybe they’ll kiss. But most of their affection is behind closed doors when it’s just the two of them.
