alright, gotta get this out of my head
do you ever think part of the anger Nico felt over Leo's death had to do with his guilt over his own part on it, that he's haunted by the image of the very rocket he let fly knowing it would end an enemy colliding and exploding against Leo? that someone who risked life and limb for people Nico cares about was torn apart by his own actions?
that the guilt festered and built, turning to anger when Leo returned, specifically because they had no connection. because nico couldn't marry that guilt with the lack of connection between them?
or are y'all normal?
