{~🔧  Donnie doesn’t say anything, simply scooting in beside Nico and curling against the younger twin. Face buried in his chest as arms wind around the others frame. At the question, the elder twin groans in discontent and lets his eyes open just a fraction and simply listens to the others heart beat and his breathing. Feeling the rise and fall of the others chest, the hum of the others voice vibrating from his throat causes a small smile to form over his features. 

      “Nothing, just...couldn’t sleep so I decided to see if I could sleep better in here.” 

  He always did have a hard time sleeping since they got separate rooms because of his heightened worry for his twin, it hasn’t lessened over time and one of the main reasons why he barely sleeps and works on shells constantly upgrading and making sure Nico is taken care of.

  His attempts at giving Nico space always bite at the back of his mind, knowing he’s not helping Nico’s stigma about being unable to do things on his own. However, this is different, he was asleep in his room, when he had an extremely vivid nightmare about losing his younger brother. It felt so...real and it scared him to the point he just wanted to lay with him to remind himself that Nico is all right.

For a moment, Mikey put himself in N1´s shoes, and it was like jumping into a well of loneliness. It was all around him, cold and cruel. He was SO cold.

However, his serious expression melted into a huge smile, and he grabbed the clone by the waist and held him in a tight hug.

“I’m Mike! I just wanted to say hi, and that I’ve always wanted to meet someone like you.” He pulled back, and did a salute, for some reason. “I just love meeting more of us. We could be brothers too, if you want.”
