This is Techno bear. One of my original care bear characters.
She's the one of the villains (the main one) in my care bear fanfic. She wants to destroy humanity cuz of something that happened to her in her childhood (shall not specify to avoid spoilers), and doesn't want any other care bear to fall to the same fate.

There is no doubt that Techno Bear is one of Disco Bear's cousins. Or he's adopted. Or second cousin. IDK. Techno Bear has to be related to DB somehow.
