Real talk for 2026:
Phase 1: Foundations → free resources, 1–2 hrs/day for 3 months
Phase 2: Specialize → pick one path (frontend, data, cloud, etc.)
Phase 3: Projects + Portfolio → real work > theory, GitHub or portfolio site
Phase 4: Land It → freelance on Upwork or entry-level roles + apprenticeships
