i wonder how things would be if we could all walk to one another
sometimes doom actually makes me feel serene + hopeful, anyone else?
im a flake
im a flake. racked up like shin splints. desires to tangle my hairs into nests. twigs free my shattered breath as silk spins from caterpillars and our teeth touch like tectonic plates. my afflictions beg a yellow line shivering gray with a spectrum of tales. how does an earshot beget fragile rings. flora and fauna, halos and horns, anchors and engines. custom made headaches laid like bricks from which i hang the dead past surrounded by frames.
Sitting here looking at the rain
The sky’s tears are so vain
The thunder is as loud as a freight train
Doesn’t nature just boggle the brain?
After the festivities the rainwater rolls down the storm drain
Tomorrow it happens again
Don’t mess with Mother Nature
Don’t try and compete with her stature
Nothing has her particular flavor
She will expect you to mind your behavior
Not to flirt with danger
She is major
The flower blossom creator
They are the fruits of her labor
When she is angry you will see
A large Tsunami
A flying tree
A swirling tornado coming toward me
Tectonic plates shifting under the sea
Wind blowing relentlessly
As she laughs at destruction with glee
She says “next time don’t mess with me”
Think twice before you litter on sea or land
Or you just might get hit by her back hand
From her beauty you will be banned
No more laying on her beaches sand
No more looking at her sunsets Grande
For sure no seeing her flowers first hand
Take care of Mother Nature’s World
Or in a land of no resources you will be hurled
In a ball of hunger you will be curled
In surroundings of destruction you will be twirled
Your world will unfurl
Until you see what you’ve done to her world
Beware and take care
Of the world that we all share
Or you haven’t got a prayer
Mother Nature will give you a good scare
It will be something in the air
That shows you she’s there
I'm actually really serious my parents had us sitting outside with blankets.

when you're on Wikipedia researching various types of boatbuilding and somehow end up reading about Fennoscandia's Baltic Shield--the northwest segment of the East European Craton, which is the core of the ancient Baltic tectonic plate
whenever somebody insults tumblr i can literally feel the techtonic plates shift beneath me and leap into action to take them down
