Arbitrary Card of the Day 1-17-14: Tectonic Instability

Today's Arbitrary Card of the Day is mean. Tectonic Instability forces each player to use all their mana at once if a land enters the battlefield under his or her control. Because this is a triggered ability, you can tap all your lands while it's on the stack to still get your mana. The caveat is that you have to use it or lose it by the time the phase ends (probably your first main phase). This is just mean, as it pretty much prevents a player from casting instants during other players' turns if he or she doesn't want to fall behind in the resource race.
