(i am so so sorry my first thought was to flirt with the man,, also hello chat this is NOT my fault for the record LEAVE ME ALONEE)
I am a MAN OF GOD!! I would never allow false idolization and worship! Especially of myself!! And my CELIBACY VOWS!!! I could never violate them!!
…I suppose I appreciate the sentiment but please. Don’t.
(Ooc; Bestie you could’ve done this on anon, I’m just saying 😭, i wasn’t holding you at gunpoint to send this in off anon you have EXPOSED YOURSELF!!)
> what made you go into the whole clergy business? Family? Life experience? What?
> thank you for your time,
> Mot.
Well I mean, when your whole family is Catholic, you’ve been raised Catholic, went to church every Sunday, got baptized, and everyone wanted you to be a priest,
What other career choice is there really?
Yep. No college for me. No engineering. No more reading books about machinery. Heh heh. Heh.
…yeah.
I’d say, despite everything, I’m still happy with what my life has become. I’m still helping people- wether or not the Vatican wants me too, they gave up on me a year ago.
All I’ve ever wanted was to help people, and I’m doing that.
I’ll admit, having no pressure to settle down has also been nice. I don’t have to explain why I’m not married. I never liked the idea of being tied down. And not because I sleep around, oh no, I’d never break my celibacy vows. Even though my ordainment has been revoked I haven’t even dared to date. I just never enjoyed the prospect of marriage. That’s probably another reason why I like being a priest.
Despite how unpleased I was at first, I’ve grown to like this career.
The demons I could do without though.
