so i was listening to talking dads, ive spent around 40 hours of my life listening to them talk about nonsense that sometimes applies to the podcast but they have plenty of movie reccomendatiosn so i thought i would start off strong taking a break from talking dads...

but my favorite part watching VGHS? besides being painfully aware that Hero Oak canonically goes there?

Freddie is playing Jimmy's dad. sorry, i mean Ted's dad. yeah. Ted Wong, Son of Freddie wong. Yep, Freddie is playing himself. the first mention of him is 'i dont know if you know this but my dad? he's 3 time guitar hero world champion Freddie Wong' which as far as i know is kinda accurate because freddie was such a good guitar hero player that he was taken on tours and competitions and things. or something

this is my leak of talking dads, learning about freddie's insane fucking guitar hero lore, but thats not the point

Freddie wong plays Jimmys father, he plays himself, and he's also, i would like to say

Evil Glenn Close. his character is just glenn but evil.

i think of all of the couples of vghs ted and ki have the best chance of staying together! I hc that when they are grown up they start like a camp for kids to go to (because ted has serious camp counselor energy). Ki made that like educational game so I can see them running like a video game summer camp or something where ted runs things and does all of the classic summer camp activities with the kids and Ki like teaches them about coding and other topics through games and stuff

#i don't see them as having their own kids but this way they get to like be a parent to hundreds of kids #i think it would really complete ted's healing arc idk #and ki seems passionate about helping others/education and learning #i want to do something with the vghs cast like all grown up or something and this is the first hc i came up with lol #vghs #video game high school #ted wong #ki swan
