The Lark Phenomenon

okay so, ive been thinking about some things around the fact This Is Dnd and Every player in s1&2 has their token Kid or Parent

but Lark in endgame settings specifically has been an outlier in such a specific way

in s1, Glenn is missing a son and Henry is on bad terms with Lark so Glenn get to be in charge of Lark and if i remember right, teach lark to drive

Well, I'm not saying Glenn would necesarily be good for lark but yk they work well together (do you think Lark managed to scare Glenn with the driving lesson? given... Morgan's death?)

in s2, Scary is missing a parent and well, Lark isn't Normal's parent in the first place, Scary is put in charge of Lark

so what am i thinking about this? i'm thinking i really want more dynamic of Lark feeling moreso like Glenn is his father and Scary is his daughter

Girldad lark could be a blessing upon this earth, which i believe some people already make good use of. i will be adding this to my mental list of found family dynamics, right alongside scamster and their woke dog (Ron).
