I'm going to go romantic but I don't think it would change much if it were platonic :)
Who is the most affectionate? I think they both show their affection for one another by teasing and being sarcastic. However, I think Arizona is typically the more romantically affectionate one.
Who initiates the handholding? Teddy. While she's not always the most physically affectionate, she will hold Arizona's hand any chance she gets.
Who worries more for the other? Arizona. They're both worriers by nature but on a typical day it's probably her.
Who is more likely to ask for help? They're bad at this and just offer help when the other is struggling.
Who is the one always losing the keys? Teddy. She'd lose her head if it weren't on her body. Arizona always knows where they are or finds them and puts them where they should be.
Who leaves little love notes for the other? Arizona. She's perky and leaves sweet, happy notes when Teddy is grouchy.
Who can’t sleep unless the other is there? Teddy. She likes to come off as GI Jane but she's attachment barbie and needs Arizona with her to get a good night's sleep.
Who is more likely to propose to the other? A planned proposal? Teddy. A spur of the moment and just asking casually? Arizona
Who introduced the other to their family first? Arizona. She mainly wanted Teddy to meet Tim but the parents had to be apart of it too.
Who is more likely to play with the other’s hair? Teddy plays with Arizona's hair when she's tired or they're snuggled up.
Who makes sure the other has meals/stays hydrated? They both do. They're more focused on the other person's health than they are their own.
Who is more likely to stand up to anyone for the other? Teddy. Arizona would too, but if it's an authority figure it's going to take a lot out of her.
Who is the most likely to prepare a surprise for the other? Arizona because she hates surprises so she'd rather throw it than receive it.
Who makes the other pinky promise not to do certain things? Arizona. She works with kids all day and pinky promises are iron clad to her.
Who puts a blanket over the other when they fall asleep on the couch? Teddy. Arizona doesn't seem like the kind that would move once sleepy and comfy so Teddy gets a blanket and lays it over her.
