canon
I always headcanoned the Armistice was programmed to be a fast shot; but there was always the question of Theodore Flood. The one person that she might not be programmed to out shoot or be quicker then. Every ruthless bandit had to have a natural enemy after all, right? (I’m thinking this was suppose to fit together like puzzle pieces if Teddy ever was to hunt Hector, and if Armistice tried to kill Dolores/Wyatt while he was there, the good guy always gets the bad guy. after all.)
Armistice is still the faster runner out of the two AT LEAST, fight me.
Armistice might have tried to rob him once.
Armistice MAY have been 3 or 4 of the literal 1,000 deaths that he had experienced within the span of those 20 years.
As Sheriff Deputy, Armistice probably was the officer to had accepted and paid in the bounties that Teddy showed up with with guests.
modern ( cop verse )
that accidental text that he sent Armistice? The one that he told her she’d get fired if she ever told anyone about it? guess what? Hector saw it, she didn’t show it to anyone but he didn’t say anything about Hector using her phone for something and then seeing it.
armistice DOES respect teddy to a certain point, she wouldn’t be still working there if she didn’t.
with that said though, armistice might have switched out his coffee for decaf once or twice just for kicks.
my question though for this one; does teddy give either/or armistice/hector a ‘you’re so much better than this’ speech?
big brother verse
big brother verse i think you already know this BUT for the camera. Armistice was about seven years old when she came into Teddy’s care. Usually by complete circumstance because as a scared jumpy little girl, she clicked with Teddy and just hugged his leg. Followed him everywhere and ended up going home with him for a night, two, a week, and before either of them knew it she was officially living with him. (until she walks out later in her late teens)
Armistice cares quite a lot about teddy. she is terribly horrid about showing it in her teens, but he’s the closest thing that she had to a father and an older brother. He’s her family.
Upon her leaving Armistice stole some money from Teddy, enough to get her and Hector to get them to where they were going, years later she admits to it and pays him back the exact amount she took.
Armistice is upset and angry (and hurt) in verses where Teddy is leaving for the army/forces, enough said. ( said she’s going to be angry and upset if he dies )
@teddyflocd | YOU WOULDN’T DARE
——— teddy pinches the bridge of his nose, shutting his eyes tight as he took several deep breaths. was she really trying to be cute right now ?? “that’s not the point here and you know it, you never should have taken that car.” disappointment curls through his veins as he wonders where he went so wrong that she would act out like this. he flops himself down on the sofa desperately needing a drink but not wanting to take one in front of her, “that’s it.” he said, voice hardening, deciding that he’d been too soft with her as grounding didn’t seem to be working —— no. he knew the problem.
“that hector kid, i don’t want you seeing him anymore.”
Shock; with the gap of her mouth and the knit of her brows when all humor had fallen from features. “ That’s bullshit and you know it !” The first words out of her mouth the moment the verdict had been dropped. Arms fold at her chest with the burning flare twisting up inside of her chest. She shook her head; he can’t serious, could he? No, Armistice refused. She blinks quickly with a sputter. “ Y-you can’t do that- Hector’s got nothing to do with this!” Arms release themselves to settle a hand at her hip. A second of silence from and then Armistice shakes her head with a single low bemused sound.
" No- you can’t be serious. ”
@teddyflocd | BIG BROTHER | For the little shit
“ I heard you the first time. “ Words shoot out without a thought- a venom laced bite that fired before Armistice had considered anything that he had spoken of to begin with. “ I told you, all we did was go out and sat at the ridge. There was beer, but I didn’t touch it this time just as I said I would.” He should be happy with that at least, she very well could have. But it was thinking of a promise to him that spurred her refusal, that inspired Armistice to stay rather than head further out of town.
Thought she could be home before he woke up, but now that would never be the case.
“ Why are you so hung up on my leaving? I came back.” She gave a shrug, “ Problem solved.”
Teddy? — he’s a fucker.
A novella by Armistice, that she would write if it didn’t take her 3 or 4 minutes just to write her own name.
