the most amazing thing about avatar the last airbender is that it exists. fucking nickelodeon really dropped that shit in 2005, right alongside spongebob and catscratch, and save for the legend of korra which is the direct sequel, has never been able to replicate anything like it since. no one has been able to replicate anything like it ever since. they really took the crew of invader zim, looking for work now that the show was cancelled, and said alright boys we're gonna make THIS now. in the early 2000s. cranked out what is widely considered to be one of the best animated shows of all time in about three years and then left it at that. so yeah no wonder no one has been able to shut up about avatar ever since.

this was the best of the best. zoro with the gym bro tank top and goggles. sanji with the goofy pink hawaiian shirt and the leg hair visible with the capri pants + dress shoes combo. nami's pigtails, usopp with a much-needed tshirt underneath the overalls. robin in her strongest state, in a cowboy hat. everybody on their a game. i'm so afraid that they will never do it like this again.
ok this isn't cute anymore why the fuck has every single subscription service i have increased substantially in price over just the last maybe 6 months
ok reddit is really fucking on it when it comes to deleting leaks so i haven't seen any there, and i refuse to use the fucking 4chan website so the only spoilery-things i've seen regarding the digital circus finale leak are from tumblr.... and ok yeah i heard it sucks but after years on this site i frankly don't trust it as a reliable compass on what makes a finale good or bad. especially when the tumblr fanbase of a show takes a queer headcanon and runs it to the end of the earth then gets upset that it isn't made official in the finale. big whoop like... i was there for voltron legendary defender season 8 🎖️ ngl i saw this shit coming from a mile away as soon as i realized trans jax was such a popular headcanon on here that people were 100% CONVINCED IT WAS GOING TO BE CANON IN THE END when i'm gonna be honest... the average viewer would have never in a million years picked up on the subtext that is used as "proof" for that headcanon
and i mean this is coming from someone who likes the transfem jax headcanon a lot personally and i would've wanted it to be canon too but guys be so fr and get out of the tumblr echo chamber and make peace with canon vs headcanon . both can exist btw 🙂
gonna wait to watch the full thing for myself before i start getting mad and calling it a shit finale. right now i'm pretending that all leaks are lies so that i can still be surprised when i watch it on my own lol
finally getting around to watching fionna and cake and wow i forgot that watching adventure time makes you feel like life is going to be ok
i love invader zim so much because to me i feel like nothing else has captured so perfectly the comedic horror story of being in middle school
