Munabingo - event poster (2018)

This is the second poster where I actually draw the whole thing. I’m quite satisfied. I haven’t really drawn anything only on computer since Paasikivi-Opisto. Mostly because I don’t own a drawing tablet, so this was bit hard to get together but absolutely much fun. To me this is simple, silly and easy to get all the information from.

Poster is for bingo and the prize is (if you didn’t guess) are eggs. :D

0247: Teerenpeli, Saison

Helsingin (Kampin) Teerenpeli on kyllä vakiintunut bussinodotuspaikakseni. Tällä kertaa piti saada myöhäinen lounas ja tietenkin siihen sopiva olut. Kokouksen jälkeen maistuu aina kunnon olut. Tällä kertaa Panimomestarin hanassa oli saison.

0,4L tuopillinen, Kampin Teerenpeli, 7,00€

ABV: 5,3%

IBU: 15

Kesäisen utuinen ja oranssinkeltainen saisonin sain nyt tuoppiini. Pikkukuplaista ja vitivalkoista vaahtoa tuli lasiin kiitettävästi. Näin lämpimänä kesäpäivänä tuo tuopillinen houkuttelee oikeinkin kovasti. Tuoksussa on ihanasti perinteistä belgialaista tai ranskalaista maalaisromantiikkaa ja happamuutta sekä ladon ominaistuoksua.  Ensipuraisu on todella raikas! Jälkimaussa hieman palataan sinne maalaismarkkinoiden vehnäiseen ja tunkkaisempaan suuntaan. Kivasti mausteinen ja yrttien makukokonaisuus. Nettisivujen mukaan humalina tässä on käytetty Hullu Melon - lajiketta. Sen pitäisi tuoda mansikkaisia ja hunajamelonisia vivahteita. Makeahko hedelmäisyys tuolta taustalta on löydettävissä kyllä mutta ihan noin tarkasti en olisi tätä osannut sanoa. Kokonaisuudessaan oikein hyvä kesäolut. Suosittelen ehdottomasti testaaamaan, kun sitä vielä ainakin täällä Kampissa on tarjolla.

Next up in our Nordic Explorer‘s session was a whisky from Finland.

My first introduction to Teerenpeli was their 10 year – a most enjoyable dram. So memorable in fact it was part of our top pics for the Ladies Choice evening for the BMC gentlemen. Alas we could only acquire one small 500ml bottle – not nearly enough for our combined evening – so it was not re-sampled.
