KUNIMITSU [TEKKEN 8]

With the latest addition to the Tekken 8 roster being one of my favourite characters in the series, Kunimitsu, I decided to draw her in her new costume which admittedly was quite challenging, mainly due to SO MUCH DETAIL on her design. But then again, every fighting game character in recent memory wear so many detailed costumes that it’s hard to get a good drawing as close to how they look in the games as possible.

Even still, I’m pleased with the finished piece having managed to keep it simple while maintaining some of the details on Kuni’s costume as much as possible.

Tekken Tag Tournament Kunimitsu comboBadass. These combos are stylish. : ) I love watching the old school combo videos, back when doing stuff like this demanded incredible familiarity with a character. Felt like it took more precision.   A great DnB track doesn’t hurt either. The music is Baby Namboos - Ancoats 2 Zambia (Dillinja Remix)
