Daffodilz up the wahzoo!
I wanted to create a really corny title. Who says "wahzoo" still? I think it might just be me, but that's okay. I'm going to try to bring it back!
I covered the Daffodil Festival in Meriden all day straight on Saturday for the Record-Journal. Ended up writing a 32 inch story. That's a lot. I don't know how or why I wrote that much, but I just did.
Danny met up with me there along with my mom. I missed him! Because of my crazy schedule I haven't been able to see him so much, which sucks. He looked all different all tan. and jersey-shore. Jeez, what a few days can do for some people!
All three of us walked, commented, drank lemonade, and tried to avert the crowds. I reported, interviewed, and then went on back to the newsroom to write it all up!
I picked flowers and posed with the flowers and everythingggggg. I'm covering it tomorrow so maybe I'll even get a temporary tattoo! Who knows! The possibilities are endless.
