I um...”  They were really sweet, kind of dating?  It was slower, sweeter, than Souji had encountered before.  He didn’t want to feel like he was rushing the other... but he also....wanted so badly...”

“..Ray?? Um... I... I bought this and...”  He stopped just a moment, taking a deep breath,shifting a little.  “I-I...”  

“I know it’s... um.. well I mean... Um...”  He bit his lip. He had told the assistant what he wanted to achieve, to get his attention in a way that he wouldn’t be able to ignore...but he wondered if this was perhaps too much... for their first time....  “I I guess... d-do you like it??”

Out of the vast scenery in Liyue, nothing could beat the view from Huaguang Stone Forest-- well to Yanfei at least. While she wasn't a huge fan off the high peaks that screamed imminent danger, it was always the perfect spot to get away from the busy streets of the harbour. No Millelith pacing around the city, no clients waiting for her to solve their issues-- just her and the open air.

Regardless of how much she valued her solitude, there wasn't much fun in a gorgeous sight with no one to share it with. Which is why she always sought out Atria, a certain Cicin Mage who occasionally would patrol the area. Now, while she shouldn't be so involved with people affiliated with the fatui, she couldn't help but be drawn in by the woman's mysterious personality. It came as a shock when she slowly began to open up more to Yanfei's persistant advances to befriend her.

Which was how she got here, seated on a small rock with the hint of a pout formering on her lips.

"You're going to stay longer this time right? Last time you were barely here two weeks..."

Seated at his usual seat within Angel’s Share, swirling a glace of luminescent liquid that still bore the rich aroma of wine mixed with energy nectar--Dainsleif was quiet, focused on his task but not unaware of the approaching figure whose footsteps had come to a stop beside his table. He sets the beverage down, adding powdered Crystal Core to it and causing for a vapor of pale blue to rise into the air, before finally acknowledging his ‘guest’.

Things had gotten chaotic. Far too chaotic for Huffman’s liking, but nothing that he couldn’t handle - or so he thought. It was just one of those times where luck was not on Huffman’s side and could have been a quite nasty situation. Things had tumbled down quicker than expected, a few wrong moves and turns and Huffman was sure that he could have been just another casualty trapped in a corner...

It was only the unexpected ( but welcomed ) party of Inomi who had been able to save him just in time. It was enough for the creatures to disappear and leave him alone to his injuries.

And by injuries, it was minor ( thankfully ) and just a few cuts and scrapes. He was already pulling out a few bandages and packing some of the deeper cuts.

At this point, he was asking out of habit, but he was truly concerned. The last thing he needed was her having more injuries than what he had received.

Hazel brown hues swiftly wandered all over, spotting the bow among other things, the rest resumed in rather uninteresting ones like the bloodstains splattered all around.

“ Archery... as a hobby I suppose ? Sosuke serenely remarked, point at the bow with a deft elegant hand, one than didn’t seem to belong to a battle-hardened warrior ; never judge a book by its cover. Fighting on your own with such a weapon is not a good idea. You should learn another way of fighting to be able to protect yourself in any situation. Archery requires too much space and setback distance, while many enemies will come... to beat you in hand-to-hand combat.” 🏵

“If you’re not prepared to fight daemons, it’s really best not to move around at night at all.  Even hunters don’t really like to travel after dark when they don’t absolutely have to.”  Not that Noctis was lecturing or anything.  What anyone did was their choice, after all, but...

He was prepared.  More each day; and even with the power of his bloodline and the whole of his retinue, they barely crawled back from some daemon fights.  Didn’t really matter where anyone was from--

“I just mean...  No matter what you do, be careful.”  As long as they were in Lucis, they were his citizens.  He wanted to do his best to keep them safe.
