(via Adam Tendler on Instagram: “It's that time of year when I stare lovingly at George Crumb's Little Suite for Christmas, A.D. 1979, hoping someone asks me to play it. #passiveaggressive #learningitthistime #soundslikemessiaen”)
Day 3 - Analysis
Ok... Just watching some of video of myself playing and can see tilt.
I recognised it in game and tried to keep hold of my game but can see it...
Did not cbet dry board (J32r) with crap versus villain 100% FvCB (small sample). Also I folded pre T4o in first 6 hands versus a guy that had just hit a hand on the turn in a spot where he called too wide on the flop (he called flop like K6 on A42tt). Now this is HIS PROBLEM if he is gonna call cbets that wide. I can make a lot of money from him. My passive adjustment is not necessary yet (he might fold 50% preflop so open ATC = insta profit). The fact he hit on the turn well lucky him move on.
I will make mental hand history for this tomorrow during study.
88x50 by Adam Tendler. Jordan: "The story is about this guy who just graduated from music school and wants to do a free series of modem American music in all 50 states over the course of a year. There are 88 keys on the piano and he wants to play in 50 states - hence the title. He comes to terms with being homosexual and there are a lot of parallels between his performance anxiety and his sexuality. It's a memoir. I relate to the performance anxiety cause I'm a musician. He does an excellent job of putting you in his footsteps. I don't want to give away too much. There's a lot really human anecdotes built into the book." #newyork #nyc #bookreview #subwaybookreview #book #love #reading #subway #list #fall #bookloversunite #88x50 #tendler #memoir #readinglist #bookclub #readingisawesome #bookworm #instagood #igers #style #follow #instabook #iphoneonly #vsco (at Union Square Station)
