►\\\ “About that...” The blond swordsman sighed, only just now getting slightly nervous about his request. But first came the lengthy backstory. “You see... Things haven’t been the greatest on Bionis...” He talked about how he had come down with a virus that Alvis then caught, and then how Alvis had started acting strange and Zanza was going to use him to revert Bionis back to a state where everything followed his orders.

“I managed to save my friends and family, save Marc who couldn’t risk the transformation due to her half Homs half human genetic makeup being so fragile. But don’t worry, she’s being taken care of in Nohr.” He then shook his head. “But I digress. I saved everybody else by absorbing all their Ether, meaning that all of us have become average humans.” Indeed, the usual green rings that were visible in the former Monado wielder’s eyes were missing now. “As you know, however, Zanza is a god. Normal humans like me can’t stand a chance without a little outside help...”

He strode forward and took both of Simon’s hands, looking up into the other’s eyes with determination. “But that’s where you came to mind. I’m an actual human now, so I hope this will work. Please, Simon... For the sake of the Bionis... Teach me how to use Spiral Power. I’ll do whatever it takes to save my home.”

✫★✫    "You know.. I almost feel bad ripping a father away from his newborn. However, too bad his wife is HER." Her wings quickly ripped from her back, moving to wrap around Simon, "Don't worry.. I'll give you a much better lover~." With that, she grabbed his arm and began to chant a spell to leave.

►\\\ Shulk had been expecting a heartfelt greeting, considering the last time Simon had heard anything about him, it was probably the news that he had died. But here he was, in the flesh, completely alive once more.

The hug that came a couple seconds later was strong and full of emotion, showing just how much the digger truly had missed his little brother while he was “dead”. Shulk was quick to return the affection, though his grip wasn’t nearly as strong as Simon’s. Shulk continued to hold onto Simon as he replied to the greeting he had been given.

“Don’t blame yourself for anything.” He said calmly. “If anybody can be blamed for my death, it’s Iago. He’s the one who embedded the Ether Crystal into Reflet’s skin, not knowing it was going to grow from the dark magic in his blood. I couldn’t remove it without killing Reflet, thanks to the growth. Therefore, in order to stop it from killing him, I stabbed myself so that I could infuse enough of my blood into Reflet’s body so that he would become a Homs and the crystal would start supporting his life rather than destroy it... But it came at the cost of my mortal form for a while... The wound I gave myself was too great for my body to sustain, and so I ended up dying in Reflet’s arms after saving him... We’re just lucky that I knew I wasn’t going to disappear permanently after dying thanks to being a deity...”

“Thine brother, politely cut the crap. We both know it isn’t the smartest going around and running that big mouth of yours ragged. Besides, I got some important business to get to.”

Simon wanted to show off? Kamina would do the same, jumping a short height and spreading his feathery wings. A quick flick to the halo on his head to make it crooked. Not that he was a bad angel; it just made him different than the others.

“I gotta go inflict some ‘divine intervention’. Stopped by to see if you were busy; messing with humans is pretty funny.”

   “So you went and found yourself a new wife, huh?”

   Avant walks up to stand beside the other Simon, his posture almost lazy with arms crossed as he quizzically raises a brow. With ever-tired eyes he lets his gaze linger on the alternate. Something seemed different, off even, though he couldn’t put his finger on it. Then again, a lot could happen over the course of several months. Perhaps more time had passed than he had initially thought.

   He flashes a row of teeth with a devious grin. Avant takes his hand and slaps it with a sharp thud against the Simon’s back. An almost sing-songy tone seeps through his voice as he tells him, “Who can blame the lucky lady? You’re quite the catch.”
