Founded By: This dorm was founded by the blessing of the two angels of heaven. This dorm also focuses on tough acrobatics and gymnastics training, with additional performing skills for incoming events with additional angel ability training.
This Dorm is based on the PSG (Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt) Series

Dorm Info: This odd angel-like dorm seems to be involved with normal church-like areas but only on outdoor areas once stepping foot in here, however once that was over…
The dorm members (more fully either angels, half-angels or humans) would head the gyms to practice their acrobatics and enchant their flexibility to increase their skills of magic, weaponry, and physical training sessions alongside with their angel abilities.
Needless to say, almost some of the members are pretty much in shape, since doing acrobatics is also involved with exercises for at least good reasons.
for at least various types of events that RSA barely even holds, they'll only participate if that involves them joining or they'll head out only to assist only and not join in.
Each gym has signs for various training sessions but only split into two sides. One side is for battling and the other side for performing, and of course it's rather strict training as well which the members can manage well.
This dorm somewhat has a bit of rivalry towards the Höllejigoku dormitory at HSA but apparently to some of the members only, the leaders on both sides of the dorm didn't seem to take it seriously but however.
They do handle the stockpile money pretty well thanks to their performance, but only regarding importance's ideas or else.
Although sometimes, they make good collaboration towards performances with them but only at the two dorms and no dorm else.
A bit of Unique Magic is there and also Deity's Wish Magic as well.
Aside from the Höllejigoku dorm rivalry, both dorms seems to know how to handle money and also collaboration on performances.
Most of the dorm members are actually half-angels, the reaming few are full-blooded humans and angels.
Some of the full-blooded angels have good connections with the Crestia God Race.
They did on most performances variously and did it without fail.

NPC Dorm Members: Most of the dorm members in this dorm are apparently half-angels, the less remaining members are full-blooded humans and angels. Needless to say, everyone half and full blooded got along in this dorm.
Unlike the rest of the RSA students from the other dorms, these dorm members didn't care about the rivalry towards the other schools, however some members might have a bit of bickering towards some of the Höllejigoku dorm members while the remaining just got along despite polar opposites they are.
Apparently some of the members did some collaboration with them.

Dorm Clothes: There's two different clothing sets in this dorm. The first one is an angel-like ceremonial robe for the angel ability training, while the second one is for the gymnastics training sessions.
(Feel free to design it to match your liking but do not change the color palette.)

Let's meet the two dorm leaders. Meet Castiel Ortiz and Deangelo Celino, two brothers who happened to be polar opposite with one another.
Castiel who is the older brother, is somewhat of a thirst-drive of person whose clothing will might take the living daylight out of people and tends to have a habit of arguing and cussing, he tends to be bossy and a bit fruity within his personality, a little bit similar personality from Panty in the series.
Deangelo who is the younger brother, he's a bit of a stern guy and serious who likes nothing more but sweets onto the table all day and snacks on them from day till night, mostly gets diabetes afterward. He seems to watch out for his older brother and often fuels the flames to his fights to make it a lot better but can be rather cocky in his personality, a little similar from Stocking from the series.
Despite countless of bickering between the two brothers, they cared for each other in rather of a chaotic way.
And let's meet the vice-dorm leader of the dorm, Fenella. She happens to watch over the two brothers and watches over the dorm whenever the two are occupied.
She's one of the tall women in the dorm, needless to say she tends to be a serious big sister vibes and knows how to handle her duties quite easily but is also pretty loud with her voice though of she sees a slacking off on duty sessions.
Fenella knows how to handle the brothers and their constant fighting, she would either take it the easy way or the hard way for them. Do be surprised that the two brothers didn't do much but yell back at her if they get the hint and a massive hit on their skulls in the aftermath.
Let's meet one of the members in the dorm. Ismene, who happens to be one of the humans sorted here.
She seems to have handled her duties pretty well since she's watched over by Fenella and mostly handled the upgrades in this dorm. Needless to say, she's an actual engineer despite her age.
But she tends to be a little nervous and a bit of a scarry cat as well around others quite easily, more fully nobody has seen her face at all since it was covered by her hair.
Castiel is a bit hard on her at the dorm regarding on which whatever topic, which Deangelo had to snapped some sense onto him whenever she's around the dorm, but hey Ismene can handle it alongside with Fenella's help as well.
