RP Character Profile
I’m jumping on this RPing train with @meggo-b and @thornedesires, so here’s my character profile. A few things are tentative at this time, since they may change in the future. :> I’ll update it as more stuff happens during rping~
Name: Megumi {Last Name Unknown at this time}
Race: Beast Human i.e. cat girl with calico markings (left ear is brown while right ear is black)
Sex: Female
Age: Early 30s, but looks to be younger
Abilities: Cat-like reflexes and hearing, minor spell casting, increased strength, multilingual
Rank: Silvershard Council Case Worker
Hair: Brown, wavy, waist long hair. During work she keeps it pulled back
Eyes: Emerald green
Height: 5′ 6″
Nature: Sweet and gullible Megumi easily trusts others, and believes that all people are good deep down by default. Despite having the strength to go head to head against Jyushimatsu, she never asserts her strength upon others unless she becomes extremely angry. Because she has a large threshold of patience it takes a lot to anger her, but once she is angered she is known to go into a rage, with music currently being the only known thing to calm her. Once her anger has subsided she becomes lethargic and needs to rest for at least 48 hours before she fully recovers. Depending on what angered her she may or may not remember anything she did in her rage.
When mentally drained she tends to revert to an almost cat-like state, where she will chase small creatures and paw at stuff, before quickly realizing what she’s doing and stop, blushing and apologizing for acting such a way.
Fighting Style: Prefers not to resort to violence unless necessary. Uses agility and cat-like reflexes to dodge enemy’s attacks and allows them to tire themselves out before knocking them out.
Rage Mode: Known to use any and everything near her as a weapon. Doesn’t even attempt to defend herself and charges in with her full strength, throwing punches and kicks in a rage at anything that moves. When in rage mode she is unable to distinguish friend from foe.
Weaknesses: Compassionate to a fault, animals, people in need, children

Background: Megumi is the biological daughter of a Silvershard criminal sent to the dimension that is home to Re: Zero and an inhabitant of that dimension. Her existence was not made aware until after the murder of both of her parents. She was ten years old when both of her parents died.
At the time the patrol officer in charge of that dimension had not had any recent contact with her father. Concerned with their well-being they went to visit their home only to find the place ransacked and bloodied. They discovered the bodies of both of her parents. Hearing whimpering in a nearby closet they discovered a young Megumi covered in dried blood. The Silvershard council was contacted immediately. Attempts were made in trying to uncover what had happened to her parents, but the young Megumi refused to speak, too traumatized by the ordeal.
During her temporary stay at an orphanage, her rage mode was witnessed. While attempting to calm her down several orphanage employees were seriously hurt, with one in serious condition. It became apparent to the Silvershard council that she was a danger to herself and others, causing several council members to wonder if she perhaps unintentionally killed her parents. Previously it had been rejected to use a memory spell upon her to learn more about what happened to her parents, in fear of traumatizing her even more. But with this recent event it was decided that her mental well-being was less important than finding out the truth, especially if it ended up preventing anymore injures or possible deaths.
The spell revealed that Megumi did in fact kill her parents while in her rage mode. And that while her mother was dying she hummed a melody while hugging her daughter as she struggled in her arms still in a rampage. The melody seemed to calm her down and, just as her mother died Megumi gained awareness of the situation and her rampage subsided. Tears fell from the young girl’s eyes as she slowly lost consciousness. Once the memory was over, Megumi was in tears, sobbing loudly as a somber council surrounded her. She was shortly escorted from the council room, so that they may deliberate over her fate.
It was eventually decided that her memory would be erased and that a high-ranking member of the Silvershard council would adopt her. He and his wife had been attempting to have children for years and were therefore more than willing to take her in. And though she would continue to have occasional moments of rage, her adoptive parents learned and taught her how to calm and manage them.
Misc.: Because of the adverse effects of her rage mode interfering with her job Dekapan has created a pendent for her that acts like a sponge and absorbs any anger she feels, unfortunately the pendent can only absorb so much anger at a time. Each time after she becomes angry a small crack will appear upon the pendent. It is currently unknown what will happen once the pendent completely shatters.
NOTE: The pendent is mainly worn when checking up on Cross and Cres due to her previous interactions with the Matsuno brothers.
She is always seen with a worn, medium sized, satchel used to carry everything from her case files, to even her clothes and emergency supplies. The satchel is connected to a pocket dimension and is large enough to hold all the sextuplets comfortably. Unfortunately, due to its massive size, Megumi she tends to misplace things within it. It was given to her by her (adoptive) parents when she started the academy to become a case worker.
