So we all know Trey is a teeth freak (I say so affectionately) and Tenyell has some pretty freaky teeth!! Thus this silly comic was born lol
Tenyell has a craniofacial/prokinetic hinges on her “beak teeth” (in birds it’s only the upper beak. Ten has it in booth to allow distance from the mouth lol). Her teeth are also black, like the rest of her bones!
Here’s the dialog if you have trouble reading it:
(1st panel) Tenyell: I wonder if hazelnuts taste the same as they do in my world. They look the same. Do you mind if I try one now?
(2nd panel) Trey: Not at all, you picked the most-
(Last panel) Tenyell: yup, it’s the same!
(Last panel, floating text next to Ace): Bombastic Side Eye
Tenyell and Malleus sketches :D they become close friends due to a lot of shared qualities!
Ten is an unofficial member of the Mal’s club, while Ten doesn’t have a discerning eye for art they do both bond over their love for exploring ruins and old buildings!
Lore for the 3rd pic- Ten is an oc from a preexisting world I have and is known as an Accursed: a human that has adapted to survive with an eldritch curse.
Those that do not have strong mental fortitudes, easily intimidated, at low points, etc, will be affected by the dark aura of the curse and will perceive the Accursed as Very ScaryTM. This is not a permanent status effect, as simply getting know and trust an individual accursed can change the perception and they will be seen without a frightening lens warping them. Or the person’s mental state improving/stabilizing. (Unfortunately this must be done with each Accursed, tho it does help the individual affected gain a mental resilience/resistance to these affects the more one hangs around and overcomes it.)
Also do not leave Ten in potion class unsupervised, gal is too much of a day dreamer rip
Au/crossover of my Oc Tenyell where they take the place of Yuu/MC in Twisted Wonderland. Whenever I have trouble solidifying a character I like to stick them in whatever universe/story I’m interested in ^^
You can find her canon profile here
I’ve wrote what’s at the bottom and more info under the cut

I tried to mimic the little character summaries you can find in the character profile in game lol The bottom paragraph reads (plus some add on):
Suddenly appearing in a whole other world was quite jarring for Tenyell, along with being “given” responsibility of Grim. She looks like she’s taken everything in stride, when in reality underneath that calm visage is a whirlwind of emotion. Yet not wanting to burden others with her woes, they kept their stress to themself.
Becoming a student is another strange thing that has come of this world-relocation for Tenyell. As they no longer have the role of guard/soldier (in training) to protect the fort they live in along with the heavy responsibilities of being known as the genius prodigy fighter. She isn’t sure who she is outside of that identity, as it is all she has ever known and thought herself to be. Despite this new freedom and opportunity for self discovery, they find little joy from it, as the worry over the safety of her family and friends back in her world is always festering in the back of her mind…
End.
For those that noticed, Ten has a regular pen in the chest pocket to mimic the magical pens of the other students! She actually doesn’t use it, preferring pencils, and often forgets it’s their until someone is in need of a pen to which she can offer it.
Another thing is she has a similar reputation among the student body to that of Jade or Malleus, as the black feathers and pigmentation over their face makes all their expressions come off creepy along with their towering height being intimidating. (When Trey first met Tenyell, he was worried he met another Jade, but was relieved to learn that Tenyell is actually sincere when it comes to their polite and calm demeanor.) Tenyell is not used to being seen in this light, and is confused as to why students have this reaction towards her as it’s the opposite back home. It takes time for her to understand that she comes off as intimidating due to the cultural differences and norms, even with the attempts to explain it by the freshman.
Why the Mountain Lover Club, especially if a hobby of their’s is singing? Well, Ten isn’t very confident in their singing, while they have potential to become a professional, their voice in untrained and out of practice thus leading to imperfect vocals; a part of them is simply embarrassed by it, another has a fear of breaking their reputation of perfection and disappointing those that have that idea of them as such- even if those people are no longer with her now. The other reason is that Ten wanted to learn about the flora and fauna of this world! Her home, Fort Corinth, is located on/close to a large mountain range and is surrounded by forest (the trees there are the size of redwoods). Tenyell is used to being in nature and being in the mountains helps ease the homesickness they feel. This means that they know Jade more before book three happens, they aren’t too close and are friendly acquaintances. Let’s just say Tenyell doesn’t take too kindly to Azul’s plot in B3 and his lounge and safe is left in a sorry state when she is done haha,, they also become an unofficial member of Malmal’s club!!
Speaking of relationships, Tenyell starts off not wanting to make any because they want to go home, and when that happens they want to save themself and any of those that they potential befriend from the hurt that will come when they leave. Yet as time goes on, she struggles keeping herself emotional distant, especially when she is so used to being a nurturing/depended upon figure to her younger brother Griffith after the death of their parents. Eventually it’s clear that she becomes attached, but after this realization she chooses to be in denial about it to avoid stressing; she sort of has a sad, wistful resigned acceptance in the end.
So once she realizes that she can’t keep herself from getting attached, Tenyell really focuses in on helping Grim become a mage so that when she inevitably leaves he’s in a stable and good place that he won’t need her help; plus it’s a good distraction from missing home and from worrying about loved ones safety.
For overblots: they do take a more active role in the fight, able to actually withstand and hold their ground against them. However, they had suffered a severe spinal injury a few month prior and thus can’t fully fight to their fullest the first few…
The Mirror: since Ten comes from a different world with a different “magic” system, the mirror has the same reaction to Tenyell as it does to Yuu; magicless. I have a little comic in mind where when Ten enters the ceremony, everyone thinks they are a fae due to their appearance, so when the mirror gives that response, everyone is very confused and it’s played for comedic effect lol. Meanwhile Tenyell is in shock and is just passively like : | “ok” and also just staring off into space while Grim sets everything one fire.
For those that didn’t click the link here’s a brief explanation of Tenyell’s lore:
The Accursed are humans that are able to withstand a ‘curse’ by a dark ‘god’ and it’s passed via genetics. The curse has purposefully mutated over the generations by humanity in the Accursed and no longer acts like a virus or disease and cannot be passed to others by them; however this isn’t the the same for the monsters/entities that have long since been changed by the curse and roam the world, these beings are the main dangers the Accursed are charged protecting the fort from.
There is debate over wether or not the curse a malicious thing or a blessing from a being too different and other to understand the hurt it’s causing. As the Accursed are given powers unique to the individual, better healing abilities and stronger, enhanced physical prowess. Some can also eat foods that regular humans cannot, often pertaining to the animal(s) that the accursed takes after. For example, Tenyell primarily takes after a Raven; she can eat rotten foods, carrion, and berries typically poisonous to humans. Another trait is that some no longer age, instead grow stronger over time, this is one the rarer side though. However, they have a second form, they involuntary change into a monster during the New Moon or if left in the dark for too long (3 days is the max recorded length of time). Sunlight is the only thing that staves off this transformation, and it’s thought that the goddess of the sun is the reason for this blessing. If they are unable to access sunlight, they will eventually loose themselves and go insane as well as turn violent. Thus it’s important that they have access to sun and moonlight; fire is not a workable substitute.
In her canon, the current date is 341 CE or Civilization-End, as an apocalyptic event ended humanity’s past civilization, one that was farther technologically advanced than that of the real world. The curse of what is assumed to be the dark god is related to that event, but it’s not know if it’s simply an after effect or the cause of the apocalypse itself. 300-400 years has passed since the fall, with a majority of the infrastructure of the past civilization completely gone, and very little record of the event or the 100 years that happened after that exist.
The technology level is a mix of medieval, early 1900s, and futuristic due to the texts and “artifacts” left from the the previous civilization. Both giving those left info that they don’t have to start from the beginning and straight up fully functional things like microwaves or solar panels. It’s a weird mix of stuff. Fort Corinth, the size of a small city, is the setting of the story. It has electricity, but they have to use it carefully for its limited by solar, wind, and other renewable sources. “Magic” is a limited resource, only a few humans outside the accursed have access to it and not without drawbacks. It seems that the past civilization had access to this “magic” and had better utility over it without said drawbacks.. one artifact that uses said magic is a portal creator, and the fort made it with the help of a distant sister city, the two use it for faster travel between the two places; tho this is rare for the energy requirements to use it are large. Outside of a nomadic group (and a few raiders), that sister city is the only other civilization Fort Corinth has encountered.
Character reference for Tenyell, she’s apart of a new story/world I’ve had for a little while but haven’t posted about.
She’s what’s known as an Accursed, stemming from the fact that what gives them their power and transformations is a curse. They are humans that are resistant enough to not fully succumb to it, and it is passed down genetically (useful from mother to child, while it can also be passed from the father if the mother is a normal human the mothering parent is very likely to die from the strain caused by the pregnancy). The curse cannot spread to a regular human from an Accursed.
I don’t have much on her personality yet, other than she’s a kind hearted person but people outside her social circle and community find her creepy/intimidating/threatening bc of her family’s prestige, powerful aura, and her black feathers around her eyes make her expressions come off that way,,, luckily she doesn’t have to interact with them too much!
The other tidbit is that she is a prodigy fighter and guard. Accursed are trained from a young age in the fort she lives in to protect the population from monsters. She comes from a line of highly skilled and powerful fighters, making her family very respected, and she is following in those foot steps with ease.
Also to note:
From what I’ve drawn of her, it’s at various ages, so the scar on the leg happens after she’s 20. (Edit: that I know realize you can’t see bc of the clothes haha.) She doesn’t change appearance wise from 17 to her young adult years at all otherwise so ye.
She’s 7’7ft or 231.1cm
Her wings are based off of that of a Raven
(Update note: her outfit design was made before I decided on a specific look for the fashion of the setting but I’m attached to rip,, may have to make a new ref/outfit for her but it’ll stay for now.)
Their first meeting is a bit different from how it went in game, since I don’t think Ace would try to bully Grim (or Ten) due to Tenyell’s intimidation factor. So, here’s how it went: Tenyell wanting to be efficient, suggests to split up to cover more ground and took Grim’s word to not cause trouble & to work hard without her direct supervision (something she won’t do again.)
With her gone, Ace approaches like in game and it plays out the same, though before Crowley comes Tenyell does after hearing the commotion. For their stature they are pretty silent on their feet, tho the yelling probably would of hidden their approach anyway. While angry with the situation, they aren’t the type to let negative emotions override their judgment, so they try to de-escalate the situation. Only they end up scaring the daylights out of Ace while sounding like she’s threatening to beat his ass.
They weren’t fast enough to stop the statues from being burned, so they all still get in trouble w/Crowley and Ace still tries to ditch xD
2nd pic: just some old doodles :3
Tenyell let’s Grim climb all over her, they have pretty thick skin and tough feathers, even fireproof to an extent, so even if he’s using his claws it doesn’t bother them much.
When Ten gets a phone from Crowley, they have the tech skills of a gramma that’s trying their best,,, plus their claw situation doesn’t make smart phones easy to use lol the phone screen is scratched to hell before they figured out how much pressure to use not to scratch the delicate screen… they have gotten good at navigating the Twst equivalent of youtube to watch cute animal videos at least
Their magicam profile is a blurry photo of them and Grim, with a few posts from Grim about food and a few posts of Ten asking questions about things with non related photos of flora attached.
