Jujak
Jujak: One of our characters helping the other prepare for a special occasion
"I like the red one."
Sirius turned around to face the sweetness of Tera's voice, a smile appearing across his lips, "Yeah? I like it too." He caught the sight of James out of the corner of his eye as he held the brightly coloured fabric against his black and white clothing, "So best man, what're your thoughts?" he asked, dreading to hear what the other boy had to say. Sirius watched James as his eyebrows arched, his lips pursing in concentration while he stared at the fabric in Sirius' hand, "The red makes your eyes pop, and it makes you look sexy."
Sirius rolled his eyes as he watched James wink at him. He let out a small laugh before turning around, facing a full length mirror which was curved, allowing the viewer to see every angle of what they looked like. Sirius threw the red material around his neck, securing it under his white collar as he attempted to tie it into a bow. He moaned as he failed, watching it collapse into a heaped mess, before many attempts to try again. "Tera..." he said quietly, and within a spilt second, the girl was at his side. He pointed toward his neck, "Can you --" "Of course." she said in a soft reply, not needing to hear the rest of what Sirius had to say.
The boy watched as she threaded the material in different patterns -- over and under, twisted and straightened -- until she produced a successful bowtie that sat nicely around his neck. He stood back and took in an image that he never thought that he would ever see. Sirius looked proper, like the gentleman he never expected himself to be, "I can see you shaking, Siri. There's no need to be nervous." He slowly faced her, trying to protest but he couldn't bring himself to, "Do you think that I'll make a good husband?" He whispered, only audible enough for Tera to hear.
She sighed and made her way in front of him, a grin reaching one side of her cheek to the other, "Yeah, I do. And Marlene will make a beautiful wife."
