Deathwing Assault! Another quality Primaris glowup for Belial, whose model isn't even that old but has always been kind of bad. He had kind of a pigeon toe thing going on, an artifact of being one of the very last models designed to be cast in pewter.

For a while, it was preferable to kitbash a proxy out of the Deathwing Terminator box because his model was so bad. I'll miss his goofy little targeting halo, but we all made fun of it at the time so I guess it's fine.

Second half of the Terminator squad is assembled. Opted for the missile launcher over the heavy flamer or a second assault cannon.

Thanks to the Terminator box having some extra heads, the Terminator Captain and Librarian got their helmets.

And to complete my Terminators, I got the Chaplain Terminator, complete with his more appropriate shield.

All that's left is to assemble the rest of the Sternguard Veterans.

And now for a man who needs no introduction: Belial, Master of the Deathwing, decked out with thunder hammer and storm shield. I've also got him with his sword, though I used this setup for this chap almost exclusively back in 7th Ed.

Such beauty! Such grace! Such violence! And with so many Legion-specific models dropping, today, it’s a strong sign that Book 8: Malevolence isn’t far behind.
