hiii!! Do you have any comic recs for someone who's never read Tara's comics before? I wanna get into her stuff!

Most of OG Terra's run is collected in the "Terra Incognito" and "Judas Contract" Trade Paperbacks. The only issues left out of this run are the Titans/Outsiders crossover of that era, and that's because The Outsiders writer (Mike W Barr) put some sympathetic thoughts in Terra's head, and the Titans writer (Wolfman) didn't like that. This Tara is *much* darker than any cartoon adaptation.

Then there's Tara II, the doppleganger, my favorite. Almost none of her stuff is in TPB, except the JLA/Titans crossover, "Technis Imperative." These two links cover most of the appearances of the first two Taras. Check out the New 52 series The Ravagers, and the Rebirth version of Deathstroke, but only the "Defiance" issues. Slade basically put a heroes-for-hire team together and Terra was part of it. Then there's the AU Teen Titans: Earth One, where Terra is shipped with Cyborg and it's a funky multiverse AU in other ways too. Last I checked these two issues were both only in hardcover, and therefore pricey.

After a poor performance handling a villain and an interview where Roy bad mouths the titans, the government shuts down the team. Donna knows that Roy gave that interview for a reason and he admits it was because the team he was leading wasn’t family.
