i just realized i think we’re roughly the same age (i’ve just finished up my college apps about a month ago) and i think that’s wild! i felt like lady bird was one of the most poignant things i could’ve watched at this exact stage in my life and i wanted to know if u felt similarly? also how have your apps gone??

omg congrats on finishing your apps hon! i definitely agree wrt lady bird like ... i have a lot of internal and external loose ends i need to tie up before i graduate and in a lot of ways i felt like that movie is one big beautiful WikiHow to Cope with Being a Senior Girl. the moments with her family especially? i want to rewatch it like every single day lol but i have things i gotta do instead!

apps are progressing at least? i’m a lot closer to my deadlines than i’d like but i have everything in besides one (1) short answer that i told myself i would finish today. i’m having a lot of trouble communicating what i need to in it but it’ll work out when it needs to!

hey i don't know if you are like, specially interested in pretty early european history/gay history but if you do happen to be interested in either of those things i have a recommendation for a book im reading right now and idk it seems like something you might like? it's called Same-Sex Unions in Premodern Europe. just thought i'd mention it! i love your take on things btw. i have huge respect for you tbh your blog is really great

YEAH you just mentioned so many of my favorite things I will read the hell outta that when i’m free!! My summer reading list is mostly just a few old YA fiction series rereads so far actually I can really use the recommendation :~) and THANK YOU WOW

how do you make the eyeshadow edits? I love them!

Ok so I took an eyeshadow palette and then I used photoshop to put different eyeshadow swatches into it and I edited the color, brightness, saturation etc of the different shades :)

the Tall Boy(TM) is the new organ scholar and we had to play the organ one after another in a service + the organ bench in this cathedral had like. notches for easy height adjustment

we counted, he had to put the bench down 5 whole notches so my feet could reach the pedals
