I am sickk! I am sleeping WAAYYY more than I need to. And i sneezed so hard i gave myself a nosebleee. Halp

My head hurts but I can’t sleep so I'm gonna watch The X files.
A cup of coffee and a pill...
there are times when you’re hating yourself, saying it over and over that you hate yourself. then you got sick real bad and without thinking you just started apologizing to your body. that’s when i know i gotta start giving myself a hard time because i am all i got.
A few days a go I came down with a cold, it's started to get worse and the last 24 hours have been unbearable. I've been near enough coughing constantly and its causing me to have issues breathing. I fell asleep earlier and then woke up suddenly trying to gasp for air. I'm trying to get some sleep now, and instead of lying in bed, I'm sat in an arm chair as if I was laid down it would make it worse. But I'm still having no luck, whilst I'm awake I'm fine but as soon as I start to drop off to sleep and my body takes over full control of breathing then I start to have issues, it ends up waking me up with my trying to breathe properly. The doctor has put me on antibiotics, do I wait for a few days for these to kick in and see if they help, do I wait until the morning and make another appointment to see the doctor saying that I'm having real issues breathing or do I go to a&e with this issue?
I hate being sick I can't cook or roll blunts bc I don't wanna get anyone else sick
Surviving the bitter cold
Schools closed today and also tomorrow, though neither are days my son goes to preschool... but the fact that it is so dangerously cold that the governor cancelled schools says a lot. At one point today the air temp was -20 and it was -45 if you factored in wind chill.
So we stayed home, built a fort of blankets and cuddled up to watch a movie this afternoon. We played round after round of Sorry. I tried to read a book. We played legos in my son's room (with heated floors). We tried to make the most of being stuck inside.
The only time I went out was to gather the 3 eggs from the chickens...
I enjoy winter but we need some days that are warm enough to play outside... 20 degrees would be nice!
