How to get Silly Putty out of bed sheets? I have made a terrible mistake
Yahoo! Answers user “Ally”, Episode 357
i’ve been trying to write @needlcd‘s reply for like half an hour now and it’s taking so long because i have to stop like after every sentence and have a break and think of what i am doing
My first Inquisitor: I decided it would be funny to try to make her look like me (as much as I could with the character creation limits), and really it was a mistake. She looked too much like me, and the US accent option has a similar sound to my own voice, so I just kept “ugh”-ing because I don’t want to stare at and hear myself for over 100 hours of gameplay. I have learned my lesson.
(she was a dual-wielding rogue, best friends with Sera, romanced Blackwall, and was on good terms with all the other companions)
bad decisions ive made today: eating an entire box of wheat thins, eating an entire fricking summer sausage and half a block of cheese
So tonight was fun
I decided to move my 10 gallon shrimp tank from my bedroom to the fish rack because consolidation is always nice. I had hundreds of tiny baby shrimp in a heavily planted tank full of substrate, so I decided to remove almost all the water then move it with the animals still inside to avoid stressing/hurting anyone with netting or siphoning.
(ha... ha.)
So, of course, I'm halfway through picking up the tank (it was not even heavy!) when my left calf decided it wanted to compete in the Guinness World Records for world's most painful cramp.
I fell over, the tank landed on my shin, cracked from top to bottom (felt like my shin did too), water and shrimp flew everywhere, I grabbed at the tank to keep it from tipping over and got shards of glass embedded in my fingers from the cracked parts of the tank...
Did I mention that this was all happening on carpet? Also, that I was doing this in the middle of water changes, so all my other fish were sitting with tanks half empty and filters off?
I managed to haphazardly transplant the setup into a spare 10 gallon... tried my best to capture as many shrimp as I could before slowly and carefully scooping up the substrate in little cups, trying not to crush or bury any of the tiny babies as I worked. I'm sure I still killed dozens of them despite my best efforts. All the plants are just floating uprooted on the surface right now; I’ll deal with them tomorrow.
My leg hurts a lot and there's gallons of water in the carpet and I feel really upset.
fine, if that's the thing you enjoy placing the blame if that's the aim give me the blame -

I'm not good, I'm not nice, I'm just right. I'm the Witch.
there are Giants in the sky! there are big tall terrible Giants in the sky! when you're way up high and you look below at the world you left and the things you know little more than a glance is enough to show you just how small you are
witches can be nice giants can be good you decide what's nice you decide what's good

just remember someone is on your side
Is the Tank Leaking or Was I Just Clumsy During the Water Change: A novel by me
*plugs aquarium heater into extension cord*
*spends a minute and a half squinting into the back of the tank trying to see if the thing has turned on*
*the extension cord isn’t plugged in*
