I'm curious--I know we all have our li'l less popular kinks (I'm speaking of fictional but these could be real life too), the ones you have to vet your friends before you let them know you're into, but what are your completely normal, run-of-the-mill, vanilla kinks that you don't like? That are total turn-offs? (Not "do not agree with," we are not getting into kink morality. This is about taste.)
Mine is being naked outdoors. Fucking outdoors? Fine, but it's going to be the "barely moving enough clothing aside to get down to business" type. Naked outdoors? WHY? There are BUGS. Dirt. Stuff is going to get in uncomfortable places. You are going to get a mosquito bite on your hooha. A tick is going to lodge itself in your ass crack. You will be picking tree bark and grass seeds out of crevices you didn't even know you had. Good lord. Couldn't be me.
I love the notes on this post, thank you everyone who is participating

New Turkish drop spindle with the merino/cashmere/silk blend my mom bought for me to spin into yarn for her to turn into wrist warmers - so pretty! So soft! I am now so covered in fluff!

Warping the loom to attempt a blanket! This will be my first time making something with yarn I specifically bought for a project, not just whatever yarn I had lying around, and my first time using the entire 1.2 meter width of the loom. Wish me luck 😄
It's taken me like four hours to get to this point 😐
At least now there's just the winding and tying before I can actually get started with the actual weaving, which I feel like with probably go fairly quickly based on past experience
I really underestimated how difficult it would be to keep a consistent tension on a piece this wide, feel like I'm constantly making little adjustments. But also I know now that those pieces of cardboard/cardstock/whatever between the wound layers are pretty necessary. Even if you don't have any that are wide enough to go across the entire thing, you can piece them together. We continue learning 😄
